Membership Sign Up

You need to register as our website member in order to purchase in our website. It's easy, simply click on "Registered Now" link at the top pane of our website. Fill in all the details in the membership form, and click "Submit"! It's that simple!

Account Maintenance

If you need to change your personal information or shipping address, kindly

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on "Account Maintenance", change your personal information and shipping address here.

Password Recovery

If you forgot your account password, kindly

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
     

Placing an Order

To place an order at our website is easy:

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “Next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

 

Notes: As of 1st March 2017, Malaysia Custom policy has changed that NO oil products can be delivered to East Malaysia. Hence we unable to accept East Malaysia customers orders on oil products.

After you made the payment, please send us the payment details of :


You need to scan/ attach

and email us the above info to Email Address : soaparadise@gmail.com

OR you can login to our website --> Click on "Receipt Upload" button --> Upload your internet Banking Receipt.

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation. If you are bank in cheque, we will deliver your products after cheque clearance.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order if the order is still in "Pending" status.

 

To cancel a "Pending" order, please send an email to us at soaparadise@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. Kindly specify the order ID that you wish to cancel in the email.

Orders that are in Confirmed or Shipped status will not be cancelled.
